My weight loss was not sudden or dramatic, but it has been very noticeable and steady. I've been taking this product for about 3 weeks now. This time last year I was 235lbs and now I am 199. At first I was taking Xendrine which I lost 11lbs within my first two weeks. As I mentioned I wanted to take the better approach this time so I decided to find find a natural fat burner.
