Effective Mineral Supplement
I had been experiencing a lot of leg cramps, during and after exercise and my teacher suggested taking potassium. But, I subsequently learned that calcium and magnesium, taken with potassium allow potassium to work more effectively. And, it has. The product is very easily digestible.

Very effective!
Some years ago, in my struggle to deal with restless leg syndrome, this product was suggested. I found immediate relief and would suggest for anyone that would like a natural answer to a very uncomfortable condition.

I've always relied on this brand for calcium
The convenience of being able to take this combination of calcium, magnesium & potassium in appropriate proportions is great. Only having to take two capsules a day, adds to the convenience. Country Life has always been my choice of brands for calcium, as it seems to be the easiest to tolerate and keep my calcium levels normal.

Sweet Dreams
For me this is a great supplement for sleeping peacefully and comfortably through the night. I have severe fibromyalgia and without it I toss and turn, my sleep is light, no REM. Added benefit is that I get additional bone and cardiovascular support!

Really Good
I wrote a review for this product already but it is showing that I didn't. This product was really good for me and the pains in my back. If you are lacking Calcium-Magnesium-Potassium try this
