Preservision with lutein for wet Macular Degeneration

I have wet MD and I have been using Preservision with lutein for about 4 years. I have been buying the 10 mg and taking 2 a day. Now I can only get it in 5 mg which means that to get 20 mg, I have to take 4 per day, yet I still the same price as the 10 mg.
