Strengths: this bag lets you put weight in the base so you can stll the diffrence of your powershots and regular jabs and kicks if you can have it full and tip it with a strike you know your power is good
Weakness: the base could have padding on it for miss judged kicks,punches that would make the worrie of kicking hard plastic eliminated
this punching bag has helped me with placement because i have main parts marked on it for striking jaw , temples kidneys etc.... that would be another tip for making another 1 but all around it is a strong and great piece of equpment to have
