good boost
When you need a little extra to help push you through your workout, this is it. It won't give you the jitters - it is just the right amount of energy to help either improve the workout or get you through it. Do not shake this up as it will explode when you take the lid off. All the flavors are good.

new flavors are great, have to take more than 1 scoop if you're used to caffeine
