Compared to the 5lb jugs I'm used to, this protein is very compacted inside this bag. I used my old 5lb jugs and 10lbs of stuff filled up more than 2 5lb jugs, so 10 pounds is pretty accurate. Strengths: Taste With Milk Tastes Great
Weakness: none.
Right now I am taking whey along with muscle milk in order to gain weight/muscle. I am taking this pre/post workout and muscle milk for before sleep. First thing in the morning I take this also. the 10lb bag is great... most important part of my meals... so far taste is great hopefully it does what it should.
