Excellent dietary supplement
Strengths: Great taste, high amount of protein per serving, very little carbs and fat
Weakness: None
It is very easy to prepare by mixing a scoop of whey protein with water, milk or any other beverage. I usually consume 2 servings daily, one in the morning and a second one after training as it helps in building muscle. It is not recommended to use this product for weight reduction.

Great taste!

I love the taste of this powder! I actually had an older version of chocolate whey from ON and thought it tasted horrible, so I was hesitant to buy this one. However, this had great reviews and a good price, so I bought it and haven't regretted it!

Good quality, taste pretty good
Strengths: Tons of protein, nice quality
Weakness: has more fat than other products
This is my first time trying ON whey.
I have been used muscle milk for lean muscle.
ON has way more fat than muscle milk, but got more fat too.
I guess this is for someone wants bulk.

Strengths: tastes great and goes down smooth
Weakness: could be a little cheaper
One of the best tasting proteins ive ever had!! I was looking to gain some lean mass and I saw great results after using Optimum Nutrition's 100%. It's a must have for serious lifters!!

High quality protein at a reasonable price
Strengths: High quality that pro bodybuilders use, relatively cheap
Weakness: 5lbs doesn't last too long!
ON Protein is known as very high quality protein. I had been using GNC Whey protein for the longest time and switching to ON tasted better and I seem to have better growth than before. The container keeps outside stuff from getting in and it comes with a scoop. This stuff goes fast, so I'd suggest the 10lb bag instead if you work out often.
