Been using this product for about 3yrs !! best gains in lean mass! been working out for 6yrs as my hobby bodybuilding and this is the best high quality protein Ive ever had! worth every bit of money , just take it one serving of it after the workout cuz its not really needed before..its just a waste,but if your feeling sore take a serving and that'll do ;)

Good deal - bad taste
This product was a great deal and definitely gives you the energy you're looking for when buying a product like this, however every time I drink it I feel like I have to vomit afterwards unless I drink a lot of water along with it. I wont buy this one again..

Great Taste
I have tried a few other products out there and I find this one to be on top of my list. I add two tbls of Peter Pan Honey Roasted peanut butter to my shake. It adds a good flavor to it and also adds some extra calories and protein. Im on my second tub and about to be on my third. I buy it here beacause its alot cheaper than GNC.
