This new model has significant advantages over the previous ones. The recharging stand recharges the razor as well as refills the razor with the lotion and this is a great feature to have. The blade assembly is completely seperate from the motor unit and it is very much water-proof. I would definitely recommend this unit for a close shave everytime.
Strengths: Very comfortable and easy to use being lightweight. Shaves clean and is quiet.
Weakness: For my hand the liquid release button is placed a little too high.
Would reccommend this product. Much lighter and smaller than my previous Norelco. Shaves smoother and quieter. Charging and refilling of shaveing liquid combined to make all in one move. Sideburn trimmer included makes for a complete grooming experience. Traveling bag makes it easy to take on the road.

I have always shave with a manual razor. I purchased this item after using a friend's. I was very impressed witht he quality of shave. With the built in conditioner my face was smooth and no irritation. Needless to say I'm an electric man now.

Strengths: Light, compact and quiet. Gives a close shave. Doesn’t burn, nick or cut my skin.
Weakness: Shaving heads are exposed. I would hate to drop it. The shaving head looks a little fragile and if dropped, I suspect it could suffer some damage.
