Strengths: gives correct readings is quick easy to use athletic and normal readings
Weakness: the bmi cant read muscle mass to good
i love the product and would suggest this to other people looking to keep track of the body progress and workouts its very easy to use and you get quick and correct readings

Weakness: Must read manual to be able to use it.
This is a nice unit and supposedly very accurate - however, you will need to read manual and follow it to get the accurate reading. I've just used it three times in a row and every time reading was slightly different. At least the bath scale with the same function gives similar readings.
