Omron Micro-air
Strengths: Small, silent, able to use Pulmicort respules, more efficient treatment, no wasted meds
Weakness: must replace mesh cap, but only once a year, so it's not that inconvient
I could not live my life without this tiny machine. I carry it in my purse, I'm not tied to large batteries, noisy machines, or tubing. I love this neb.! I will never be without one again. It's a bit more expensive than some, but it is so worth it's weight in gold. Every asthmatic should have one.

Poor performance
Strengths: none
Weakness: simply did not perform
very poor pressure and did not work after the first time; unit leaks and turns on and off; returned item and told mesh cap was torn (after two uses) - mesh cap is not covered by the warranty; don't bother; unit is overpriced, high maintenance and does not work when you need it; read other reviews carefully - the mesh cap is a real issue with this unit, unit malfunctions easily and is not...

I love it!
Strengths: quiet, portable, easy, unobtrusive
Weakness: need to replace mouthpiece (comes in packs of 12!) occasionally and the mesh cap is expensive to replace.
I love mine, I've had it just over a year now. I'm able to take it everywhere I go, I can put enough doses in the case for a day and just take off. I can use it and still listen to other talk, without ruining the conversation. I love the fact that I don't need to plug anything in! I use rechargeable batteries, so I'm not throwing batteries away! I'd buy again in a heartbeat!

omron-NEU22V Ultrasonic Nebulizer
Strengths: This model does not have any strength. Only the size is so small, and easy to carry in the case or without the case.
Weakness: This model has alot of faults. NEVER WILL BUY AGAIN! Batteries do not last, filters always have to buy. Now making sounds when in use. The model I have not even owned 7 months as of yet.
This model does NOT even come near standing up to the models that I have purchased over the years with Omron Company. I have had many other models before my Omron-NEU22V and this is the most disappointing model that I have ever owned before. I at the time of purcahsed this model for around $400.00 and have not had the model for not even 7 months yet and already the model is trying to quit on me....
