Strengths: Really sharp, large size - covers the whole upper body, cool pouch helps to keep it and carry to the gym and IT WORKS!
Weakness: Not very convenient to get out of it. I invented my own technic: when you are done lying on your back with this spiky device underneath you should just turn to the side.
Overall - great product. Really helps with back pain and to warm up before the workout. But it's not pink, mine is orange, which is also pretty cool color. I use it already for a month and love it. Guys in the gym started to respect me, they say I'm a tough girl. :)
