Strengths: works after you open the box
Weakness: after one week it stops working
there is no warrente and cant get it fixed i used this product for 7 days and then it stopped working and no parts for 6 months and no replacment is offered it is made in china.
Strengths: Relaxing and soothing to tired feet after a stressful day
Weakness: Quit working after seven weeks. Mechanics need to be improved!
What good is any product that is made so poorly it doesn't last long? This product stopped dead in its tracks after 7 weeks. Don't waste your money!
Strengths: It looks nice.
Weakness: The ball rotation slows down and it whines when your feet are resting on it, and the heater doesn't work.
I was very disappointed with this. The heater barely warms up, even after 10 minutes, and when you rest your feet (even in socks) on it, the ball rotation slows down and the machine whines a bit. You also can't really get to the middle of your foot, just the heel, toes and front part of your foot. Maybe a vibrate function would be a nice addition, but still wouldn't make up for it's lack of...
Strengths: Very soothing for when your feet are tired or cold. It doesn't get too hot so you can't really burn yourself. I can't tell if you can put the whole weight of your legs on it.
Weakness: Not hot enough, takes a while to heat up.
It is a good product if you are looking for a foot massager. It feels really nice when your feet are tired because it warms them up and massages them. Takes a little while to heat up but not too long. There is a setting for heat or no heat. Very nice product for the people who need or want it.

This item is great if you don't mind putting a little effort in keeping your feet soley planted over the rotating balls. If you completely relax your legs and feet, your feet will eventually be rolled off to the sides. HoMedics Foot Pleaser
Strengths: Affordable. Cheaper than getting a massage at the spa. Very relaxing.
Weakness: A big machine, not quite portable, heats up slowly, massaging discs too close.
I thought the design was innovative with the simultaneous/opposite rotational knobs. It is very light weight, easy to turn on-off; user-friendly.
