It is a exelent massage chair to relax in and it is very convenient to use. It has shiatsu and rolling massage with almost instant heat. The shiatsu massage can be isolated with one touch. Get one there great.

I hate this thing. It was a waste of money. It left bruises up and down my back. I used it for about 12 minutes. Was fine but an hour or two later my back is killing me now.

Strengths: Variety of massage and rolling techniques. It does a good job, but not what I expected.
Weakness: Time will tell, but the massage mechanism appears to be under substantial stress.
Unlike the other massage machines in the Homedics line, the quad roller, QRM-400, has 4 small wheels (probably nylon) at the ends of two arms (also probably nylon) that move in and out, up and down, across your back.
